Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: October 12, 2026

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website operated by Wilhite Property Management Group Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, or engaging our services, you agree to the applicable provisions of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.

Company Contact Information

Wilhite Property Management Group Inc. is a property management consulting company.

The business address provided for the Company is 2204 Pioneer Ave. The city, state, postal code, and country have not yet been confirmed.

Purpose of the Website

This website provides general information about our property management consulting services and allows visitors to contact us with questions and service inquiries.

Website content is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a guarantee of any particular result.

Services and Engagements

Wilhite Property Management Group Inc. provides property management consulting services as agreed with each client.

The specific scope of services, deliverables, responsibilities, timelines, and engagement conditions will be established in a written proposal, service agreement, statement of work, invoice, or other applicable written confirmation.

No particular service is promised merely because it is mentioned on the website. The Company will confirm which services it can provide before entering into an engagement.

Pricing and Fees

Pricing is determined according to the nature and scope of the requested services, anticipated work, complexity, deliverables, project duration, and other relevant engagement requirements.

Fees may be negotiated on a per-project basis or established through another mutually agreed pricing arrangement.

Any applicable fees, payment schedules, additional charges, and payment conditions will be communicated to the client before the relevant engagement begins.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client is responsible for fees expressly accepted under the applicable service agreement or invoice.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be stated in the applicable proposal, service agreement, or invoice.

Depending on the engagement, payment may be due upon receipt of an invoice, within an agreed payment period, or according to an agreed milestone schedule. No specific credit period is offered unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Clients agree to provide accurate billing information and pay all authorized charges in accordance with the applicable terms.

Payments may be processed through Stripe or another payment provider if such a provider is made available for the relevant transaction.

Late Payments

If a client fails to pay an undisputed amount by its due date, the Company may provide written notice and request payment.

To the extent permitted by applicable law and the governing agreement, overdue balances may be subject to reasonable late fees or interest disclosed in the applicable agreement or invoice.

The Company may suspend or delay services for materially overdue payments after providing any notice required by the applicable agreement or law.

The client remains responsible for undisputed amounts owed for services already provided.

Payment Processing

If online payments are accepted through Stripe or another third-party payment processor, payment transactions are subject to the applicable processor's terms, conditions, and privacy practices.

The Company does not control the independent operation of third-party payment systems.

Payment authorization, settlement, and processing may be subject to verification, security review, or other processor requirements.

Refunds, Cancellations, and Termination

Because consulting services may involve time, planning, analysis, and work performed specifically for a client, refunds are evaluated according to the applicable service agreement, the work already performed, the charges already incurred, and applicable law.

Unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing, fees for services already performed and approved expenses already incurred are nonrefundable.

Payments made in advance for services not yet performed may be reviewed for an appropriate refund or credit, subject to the applicable agreement and any reasonable costs already incurred.

Clients seeking to cancel or change an engagement must provide written notice using the contact details designated in their service agreement or other written engagement confirmation.

The agreement will govern any required notice period, cancellation charges, and final payment obligations. If no cancellation procedure has been agreed upon, the parties should confirm the applicable arrangements in writing.

The Company may terminate or suspend an engagement for material breach, nonpayment, unlawful activity, or other grounds permitted by the governing agreement and applicable law.

Any rights to refunds, outstanding payments, or other remedies will be determined under the applicable agreement and law.

No Guarantee of Results

Consulting recommendations are based on the information available and the agreed scope of work.

The Company does not guarantee particular financial returns, occupancy levels, property values, cost savings, operating results, or other business outcomes.

Actual results may be affected by market conditions, property characteristics, third-party actions, client decisions, regulatory requirements, and factors outside the Company's control.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information reasonably required for an engagement.

Clients remain responsible for their own business decisions, property-related decisions, legal compliance, and implementation of recommendations unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.

The Company does not act as legal counsel, a tax adviser, a licensed real estate broker, a property manager, or another regulated professional merely by providing consulting services.

Any regulated or specialized service will be provided only where appropriately authorized and expressly agreed.

Unless otherwise stated, website text, branding, design elements, and other original content owned by the Company are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Visitors may access and use website content for personal, informational purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit protected content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
